What should be clear before the demo.
Do workers need to install an app?
No. SeasonFlow is a PWA: open it in a browser, add it to the home screen and use it like a full-screen app.
Can SeasonFlow connect to our existing time clock?
SeasonFlow supports fingerprint and face clocks through a local Agent or ADMS. During discovery, we verify the model, protocol, and network setup before confirming compatibility.
Can someone clock in outside the GPS zone?
The record can still be submitted, but it is flagged with the actual distance. A manager reviews it, so weak GPS does not automatically cost someone a shift.
Can you build around our specific workflow?
Yes. We review the need and agree on scope and acceptance criteria before development, so the result fits the workflow without creating another disconnected system.
Does SeasonFlow support fixed-shift or hourly pay?
Both. Each business selects the model that fits its operation, and rates are snapshotted per attendance record to protect historical pay.
